ANPD, CNIL e PIPC promovem conscientização sobre proteção de dados entre jovens por meio de mangá
Parceria faz parte das comemorações do Dia Internacional de Proteção de Dados
A Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, em parceria com a Comissão Nacional de Informática e Liberdade da França (CNIL) e a Comissão de Proteção de Informações Pessoais da Coreia do Sul (PIPC), tem o prazer de anunciar a disponibilização do mangá educativo "Meus Dados, Meus Direitos” em português. Esta iniciativa visa a sensibilizar jovens acerca de seus direitos em matéria de proteção de dados pessoais, promovendo uma cultura de privacidade e de uso responsável de seus dados.
O mangá, originalmente desenvolvido pela CNIL e pela PIPC, apresenta os principais conceitos de proteção de dados pessoais de uma forma engajadora e acessível, ajudando os jovens a compreender seus direitos em matéria de dados pessoais. Ao ilustrar princípios jurídicos complexos por meio da narração de histórias, o material serve como uma ferramenta educativa mais eficaz para capacitar jovens a navegar em um mundo digital de forma responsável.
Cooperação internacional para a consciencialização da privacidade
Esta colaboração entre a ANPD, a CNIL e a PIPC realça a importância da cooperação internacional para enfrentar os desafios da proteção de dados em um mundo cada vez mais conectado. Ao tornar este recurso acessível em português, a ANPD pretende garantir que jovens brasileiros (e lusófonos!) tenham acesso a um conteúdo educativo de alta qualidade, alinhados com as normas nacionais e internacionais de proteção de dados pessoais. O cartaz está disponível para download na ANPD (clique aqui) e pode ser usado em ambientes educacionais para promover um comportamento consciente em relação à privacidade.
Esta é a primeira de muitas outras iniciativas de cooperação internacional entre a ANPD, a CNIL e a PIPC. Ao trabalharem em conjunto, nossas instituições reafirmam seu compromisso comum de capacitar titulares de dados pessoais com conhecimentos e ferramentas para protegerem os seus dados na era digital.
Licenciamento e uso
O mangá é disponibilizado sob a licença Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 3.0, que permite a usuários baixar e compartilhar o material para fins não comerciais e educativos, desde que a autoria original seja atribuída e o conteúdo não seja alterado de forma alguma. Os direitos de propriedade intelectual do material pertencem à CNIL e à PIPC, assegurando o devido reconhecimento dos seus esforços no desenvolvimento deste recurso educativo.

The Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD), in partnership with the French National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL) and the Personal Information Protection Commission of South Korea (PIPC), is pleased to announce the availability of the educational poster "Meus Dados, Meus Direitos" in Portuguese. This initiative aims to raise awareness about data protection rights among young people, fostering a culture of privacy and responsible data management from an early age.
The poster, originally developed by CNIL and PIPC, presents key data protection concepts in an engaging and accessible way, helping young individuals understand their rights regarding personal data. By illustrating complex legal principles through storytelling, the material serves as an effective educational tool to empower youth in navigating the digital world responsibly.
International cooperation for privacy awareness
